NOTE: The yearly savings reflects the amount saved as compared with paying monthly.

All students will be given the ACE Diagnostic Tests before entering school. Students who score below grade level in Math, English, Science, Social Studies or Spelling will be required to take Tutoring here at HCA until that student is on ACE grade level in PACEs.
High School Students in grades 9-12 must be working at or above PACE 97 in Math, English, Science, Social Studies and Spelling.
As students complete a final test in each subject, they may retake the Diagnostic Test in that subject and try to move up to their grade level.
REGISTRATION FEE: $100
BOOK AND COMPUTER FEE: $300 per year.
LATE CHARGES: Monthly accounts are due on the first of the month. A $15 late fee will be assessed for accounts not paid by the 10th of the month. If the payment is more than 15 days late, the student is subject to dismissal.
INSUFFICIENT CHECK FEE: $30 will be charged for any check returned.
TUITION & FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE: There are no refunds for the month's tuition once a student attends one day of the month in school.
BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL CARE: $5 per half hour or $60 per week. After 6:00pm, the fee is $5 per quarter hour.
Heritage Christian Academy is fully accredited through the National Association of Christian Education.
